Terms governing website use, orders, payments, shipping, returns, refunds and statutory consumer rights.
Scope
These Terms of Use apply to use of this website and purchases made through it, subject to mandatory applicable law.
Website Use
Use the website only for lawful purposes and do not interfere with its operation, security or other users.
Product Information
Product descriptions, images, availability and other information are provided for shopping purposes and may be updated where needed.
Prices and Taxes
Displayed product prices include applicable tax according to the website’s pricing configuration. Customs and import duties are separate where applicable.
Orders
Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected goods and is subject to order acceptance.
Order Acceptance
An order is accepted when it is confirmed through the applicable order-processing flow.
Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Cancellation
You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting support@ryqivo.com. After dispatch, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
Address Changes
You may request an address change before dispatch. After dispatch, changes are not guaranteed and may depend on the carrier.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. The methods actually displayed on the Payment or Checkout page take priority for a specific transaction.
Shipping Fees
Standard shipping is 6$ when the free-shipping threshold is not reached.
Free Shipping
Standard shipping is free when the order reaches 50.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days.
Estimated Delivery
Estimated transit time is 7–15 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.
Tracking
All orders include shipment tracking. Tracking is provided after dispatch when data becomes available.
Customs and Import Duties
Customs duties, import charges or customs handling charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility where applicable, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Lost Parcels
If a parcel appears lost, contact support. We review tracking and investigate with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we offer reshipment or a refund.
EU Right of Withdrawal
Where EU distance-selling consumer rules apply, consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions.
Returns
For items covered by the ordinary return policy, request a return within 14 calendar days after receipt by contacting support@ryqivo.com. No restocking fee is charged.
Return Shipping
For ordinary change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. For damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete goods, the merchant pays the applicable return shipping cost.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are supported. For normal exchanges, the customer pays both return shipping and replacement shipping. For damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete goods, the merchant pays the applicable shipping costs.
Defective / Incorrect / Incomplete Goods
Mandatory statutory rights for defective or non-conforming goods remain fully applicable and are not limited by ordinary return conditions.
Refunds
Approved refunds generally return to the original payment method. The internal processing target is within 7 business days after return review, subject to mandatory statutory refund deadlines.
Personalised Goods Exception Where Applicable
If made-to-order, custom-made or clearly personalised goods are offered, such goods may be excluded from ordinary change-of-mind withdrawal where permitted by law. This does not exclude rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect goods, merchant production errors or other mandatory statutory rights.
Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes Mandatory Statutory Consumer Rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. For applicable EU statutory withdrawal, required standard original delivery costs are refunded in accordance with law; supplementary delivery costs above the least expensive standard option may be excluded where law permits.
Intellectual Property
Website content and materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. No ownership rights are transferred merely by viewing or purchasing through the site.
Liability
Liability is subject to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy
Personal-data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The Last Updated date indicates the current published version.
